After initial contact, we will call you to schedule a time to meet in person to better understand your needs and preferences as well as offering up other ideas and choices you might not have thought of. We then make a follow up appointment for you to taste your planned menu. We are always available to answer your questions, comments, and or to address new ideas you have.
